If you need new spare parts or engine parts for repairs, our technicians will advise you on how to choose quality ones and help you order them. We use only original spare parts or high-quality analogues to ensure the durability of the repair.
Our service has created a special division “spare parts ordering desk” for prompt delivery of original spare parts and their high-quality analogues.
An engine overhaul is a comprehensive and thorough process aimed at rejuvenating and restoring optimal performance to an internal combustion engine. Over time, engines are subject to wear and tear due to continuous use, exposure to varying operating conditions and the inevitable passage of time.
This gradual wear can result in reduced performance,
efficiency and overall reliability. To counteract these effects and extend the life of the engine, a major overhaul is necessary.
Overhaul involves disassembling, inspecting, cleaning and repairing various parts of the engine.
This comprehensive procedure is usually performed to restore the engine to its original condition or improve its performance.
Overhaul of a diesel engine involves updating or reconstructing all its key parts. This typically involves replacing pistons, connecting rods, cylinder liners, bearings and gaskets.
In some cases, the crankshaft and injectors may also need to be replaced.
Preventative maintenance is maintenance or service performed regularly to prevent equipment failure.
Preventative maintenance can also help you save on long-term maintenance and repair costs by minimizing the level of damage.
Preventive maintenance can be roughly divided into the following categories:
Minor Preventative Maintenance: Basic maintenance work is performed such as replacing oil filters, updating air filters, adjusting valve clearance, replacing spark plug washers,
replacing rocker cover gaskets and other small parts. As a rule, the time required to perform minor preventative maintenance does not exceed four to five hours.
Medium Preventative Maintenance In addition to the previously described work, in this case, spare parts of the upper part of the engine are rebuilt, such as e.g.
intercoolers and cylinder heads.
Depending on the engine size, average preventative maintenance takes about 4-7 days between shutdown and commissioning.
